Verse of the month

“For we ourselves were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful and hating one another. But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.”
Titus‬ ‭3:3-7‬ ‭NKJV

Manila  Round 3 -  21 Nov 2015

Jbe Kruger (Rsa) – Third round 69 (-3), Total 203 (-10)
Eagle on 15 was the most satisfying part of the round?
Definitely, just to make a putt there was good. I’m playing well but not making any putts.
How has the swing changes impacted the game?
I’ve not really changed, no coach at the moment. Just me and my caddie trying to make it more clear for myself with my swing.
What will help you focus tomorrow?
Faith, that’s probably the biggest one. You can try as hard as you want but if it’s not your destiny, if it not God’s will, you won’t win. One shot at a time.
What would a win mean?
An awful lot. It’s been a tough couple of years. It would really mean a lot to me. I’ve battled the last two years, so it would mean a lot to me.
What has been the key this week to your good run?
I’m just hitting the ball really well. I think I’ve just missed two greens today and I’m inside 15 feet on every hole. Like I said, I’m literally not making anything. To have a score, and still on 13 under and not making any putts, that’s amazing. You’ve got to hit it well.
Was that a missed opportunity on 18?
Definitely. I was in between a four or five iron there. And the number said four, my gut said five. Now wait? I thought I’d trust the number but I guess trust your gut.
Important day tomorrow considering your status in Europe and Asia?
It probably will. I will never see it that way. Like I always say, God never makes a mistake and He never loses control. Whatever is supposed to happen will happen.
Are you in control of your game?
I would say pretty much 80 %. Hitting fairways and greens. Just need the putter hot. Just need to get the distance better. I’m a bit off. The confidence is not that great that I’m not giving it a run. Maybe I’ll change my routine a fraction, just to get the ball rolling better off the putter face.
